Returns :

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for quality-related issues starting from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Contact us at sensasg888@gmail.com to request a return authorization and receive the correct return address.
  • Securely package the item, including the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note :

  • Refunds are contingent upon providing the transfer receipt. If unavailable, refunds cannot be processed, even if the transfer is approved.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless it’s due to a quality-related issue.

Exchange :

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges on sex toys.
  • However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sensasg888@gmail.com, and we will address the issue promptly.

Exceptions :

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, cannot be returned.

Refunds :

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status and initiate a refund on your original payment method within 15 business days.
  • Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Limitation :

  • Our returns and exchange service is limited to purchases made from our official website sensa.sg.
  • Warranty-related shipping costs are covered within Singapore.
  • If outside of Singapore, you can either return the item and pay the return shipping cost or receive a 50% refund of the item’s purchase price if the issue is deemed quality-related.
